Match it with NuX B3 transmitter, works great
I like headsets for singing and this one worked out fine. I plug it into Nu-X B-3 Plus transmitter to feed to my amp and never once had a problem after six months of weekly use. At first it was a little uncomfortable on my head but after some use I do not notice it any more. Great value for the money compared to the expensive and clunky base station systems for $500 - $1000 or more. I have only used it within 25 feet but there is no noise level issue and never lost connectivity. I play blues harp too but deflect this a ways away as it will be too loud otherwise.

Suspect this is a return, referbish
The microphone does what it is supposed to do. It's not a high quality microphone, but serves it's purpose.I am giving it a 4 star rather than a 5 star for two reasons. 1. The school system I worked for has purchased a lot of Shure microphones, and the library I worked for has also done so. I have never known Shure not to pack an item in a box, and include a spec sheet. This came in a totally clear unmarked plastic bag with no specs or wiring information. To me this indicates it is a refurbished microphone. I don't mind a refurbished mic, I would just have preferred to have known I was purchasing one. 2. According to the description there was supposed to be a small belt/pocket clip that went around the XLR connector to provide some strain relief when using. This item was not included. This perhaps bothered me the most since the weight of two XLR hanging from a thin cable is heavy enough to cause issues in the future if I don't prepare for it another way.As cheap as this mic was it wasn't worth a return. I did expect a slightly better quality mic, at that price, but again, the description said it was mainly for speech, and not singing, so I really can't complain. Just wanted to make it easier for our drummer to sing while practicing and since we are just a bunch of old sixties rockers getting together to jam a bit it works fine. If we ever decide to actually play a gig, We'll buy a decent wireless headset to use if the sound man doesn't have one.

Nice trusty mic for fitness
I’ve purchased two of these since 2022. My first Shure mic lasted thru over 500 classes. I am a fitness instructor and sweat like a man. I store the headset in the box it came in and neatly wrap the cord each time. The coating on the cord started to come off exposing the wire so I broke down and bought another. The cord on this one seems more pliable so maybe it’ll last longer. But still the first one got me thru 500 classes!!!

Disappointing
I wanted to use this microphone for creating piano lesson videos. One great feature is that it picks up very little noise from around your head. However, the frame is extremely sensitive to movement. When you move your head, there’s a good chance that the noise will be captured in the recording. I couldn’t believe the design could be like this. When I first unwrapped the microphone, I thought there must be a missing part—it is literally just a metal rod. It's impossible to use over-ear studio headphones with this microphone because only the sliders in contact with the frame transfer sound to the recording. On top of that, the sound quality is not great. I bought a headset for $40 that cancels out noise when moving my head and sounds better overall. I would not buy this microphone again.

Great hands free microphone on a budget!!!
This microphone works really well. We were skeptical at first because small mics are not usually great for vocals in a real band, unless you pay a lot of money. Theses are well made, durable, and sound really good! For the money, this mic is a fantastic value for sure! If you want to sing, hands free, this is the way to do it on a budget!

Worked Well
A little bulkier and more visible than the small, light-colored headsets, but way more affordable. It wasn’t uncomfortable, and seemed easy to use straight out of the box.
