Skinceuticals Retexturing Activator Replenishing Serum, 1.0-Ounce

I have bought face products over the years always expecting magic transition of my skin and never got it.... until this product. My esthetician at my dermatologist office first suggested it as she had been using it for a few months and was loving it. It was $65 but decided to give it a try as she said you only use 2-3 drops, 2x a day so it last a long time. I AM SO GLAD I INVESTED and gave it a try. My skin has never been softer, or more clear. i use it with the other product she recommended, BOOTS No. 7 line that you can get at Target, or online here at Amazon (but check out their website to see which part of the line is best for your skin type/outcome desires). LOVE ITFOLLOW UP: I have been using this product for long time, and while I still love the product itself, there is a negative feature that I've just encountered which is it has a glass eye dropper in it, and somehow it has shattered inside with over 1/3 of the bottle left. I did NOT drop it or even roll around too much in a drawer, just went to use it and dropper was inside the bottle. Very weird and mysterious how it broke, but it's something the manufacturer should consider replacing with a plastic dropper. Kind of an expensive loss to have to throw away 1/3 of bottle now as there are glass shards in the liquid.

very liquid watery not a serum. I drop droplets in my palm then splash on face and rub around to distribute it evenly after washing and toning at night. I then add their phyto + for hyper pigmentation serum (also liquid), then a night cream. I think after this is gone I will just use my prescription retin a because it is cheaper and probably works just as good or better. But if you don't have a prescription like that, this is a good way to smooth skin and exfoliate it without a harsh scrub, it doesn't dry you out, or make your face red, it actually feels moisturizing. Expensive though. Lasts a long time - you only need 5 drops or less to cover your whole face and neck. Remember to use SPF during the day though!

I have combination skin with t-zone black heads and dry spots on my cheeks. After a facial this was recommended to me. I really like this product. I feel like it delivers moisture but doesn't make me feel like I am getting too much moisture. It is a serum so it does get a little tacky during the absorbtion process into my skin but about 2 minutes after I put it on the tackiness has pretty much gone away. A little goes a long way, this might be why some people are complaining of sticky face? I have noticed that my tone seems to be more even and my skin is smoother. It helps with the appearance of my blackheads and their size. I am not an expert but the lady providing the facial said it encourages cell turn over.

Love this serum and use it in the morning and at night. It can be sticky, so when I do use it during the day it is when I am not seeing clients.I do find when I use it daily there is a difference in my skin, particularly if I use it daily for a 30-day period. However, I have experienced dry skin with this over long periods of time and my skin tends to lean more toward oily. So while it works well, don't be like me and use it in excess. Also, after a couple of days my skin tends to look dull, so I do exfoliate and that works.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this because it was a little over my price range, but I decided that I needed to take care of my skin. I’ve been using it every other day or sometimes a little less of my skin gets slightly irritated (I have sensitive skin), and I’m really enjoying it. I think it’s a great product and I really think that it’s working.

I am in love with this product. I was introduced to skinceutical around January through a beauybox and have been using the line every since. This product definitely brighten up the skin and gives you an inner glow. I have fewer breakouts and my skin is smoother. A little goes a long way and you did not need a lot. I will reorder this again. You will notice a difference in your skin immediately. I have very oily and sensitive skin and this didn't aggravate my skin at all, it actually improved the texture and appearance.

I've used this product for years and love it. However, the rubber plunger (see image) does not work at all. So, need to do by hand to get the serum to my face. Not bad but certainly disappointed as this has never happened before. The product ... however ... is great. The application on this particular bottle is a non-functioning rubber plunger.

I've been using this for 2 months and it really improved the texture of my skin and reduced acne. Old scars are lighter and fresh scars heal faster. Very small amount needed for each application. Like other reviewers, I found it sticky.

Very good product especially for blemish-prone skin. You can see the results after just one use. The skin gets smoother, more moisturized and less prone to acne. After 3 weeks, my skin gets brighter and old acne scars are being removed. 3-4 for drops could be enough for the face. I am applying this serum at night since it leaves sticky feeling and I do not think it is appropriate to use before makeup. This is the first purchase for me from this brand. I want to also order ce Ferulic serum.

Very nice product that helps keep my otherwise dry skin hydrated. Easy to use. Just a few drops.Package arrived on day it was expected.
