I hope you have better luck then I did with this GPS's - GOOD LUCK
My husband suffered a stroke three weeks ago. This forced me to have to drive to strange cities in order to get him to his appointments with various doctors and specialists. I never had a good sense of direction, which is why I never drove much. I always depended on my husband to take me places. When the stroke hit, this forced me to be the driver. This GPS device is a life saver for me. I don't know what I would do without it. Now, if I hear that my husband has to go to such and such a place, I am no longer afraid to drive him because the GPS device will tell me exactly where to go. I was always afraid to drive because of my lousy sense of direction. If there was a detour in the road, I would panic. This device took the fear away from me completely and has liberated me from my self-imposed prison. Not only this, but I am able to get my husband to the places he needs to go. I will never be without this device ever again.

Updating lifetime maps.
What I dislike about this product is that in order to update what is being claimed lifetime maps you have to go to a website that thorough a tech support you have to purchase some software such as Norton or others to clean the computer of some registry entries because there is no software to install that connects you directly for a map update that is being advertised.

This ain’t no Garmen!
I am used to Garmen performance, and this unit fell short. At first I thought it was my own inadequacies, so set it aside until I could talk with someone more in the know. Long story short, Amazon was very nice in accepting its return.

A nice device for the money
The device itself works well. However, the user manual could be improved. First, the type is quite small. Second, a more comprehensive explanation of how to access some of the features could be given. But, for the money, it's a good buy.

Unuseable
Unfortunately the unit once in auto would not turn off appears the on /off switch is hung up. Which doesn help not really worth packing everything back up to return

The charging can take up to 3 hrs.
The only problem is the battery life unless you have it on charge all the time it dies fast and to recharge it could take at least 3 hrs other than that it's just ok . I don't use it that much so for me , I can live with it but it your one that really needs it all the time you can do better than this one

Go with Garmin
Not a user friendly device. Updating is not an easy task, and confusing.
