Great for my Sony A7III
Works perfect. It’s somehow hard to find Sony hot shoe cable extenders that actually work, and this one works perfectly just like it’s sitting on the camera. Nice to have the option to manually bounce just by pointing, and throwing it off to the side.Cable is thick and strong. I’m confident in its durability.

Works for what I need
I use this on a custom bracket rotating mount so that I can change the camera from landscape to portrait without having the flash reposition. I tried to do this using wireless control from the camera to the flash, but this seems to be more reliable.

Bought two and they don’t work with my ttl flash and Sony a73 or a7r3

Very happy with this accessory!
Works like a champ with my Sony A6500! I did have to make some modifications to my Smallrig cage to get it to fit. I needed to do it regardless for my external Sony flashes.

Comodo e sicuro, forse il cavo è leggermente corto per un utilizzo più comodo ma va bene comunque, l’importante è che faccia la sua funzione di offrire mobilità.

Cable ETTL SONY
Funciona bien con el 580EXII de GODOX pero NO funciona con los V1, no se el motivo ya que solo es un alargador de los contactos ,pero los V1 se vuelven locos, se enciende el infrarrojo de enfoque y no sincroniza

Il Cavo si collega bene, e anche fa scattare il flash, ma lo fa fuori dello scatto della fotocamera, ossia con un ritardo molto grande dopo che si chiude l'otturatore. penso che ci sia un problema di compatibilità con la Sony Rx10 IV in questo caso. il cavo non ha nessuna elettronica al interno.

It works but not 100%
Comparing with the flash (I use Godox V1 for Sony) connecting directly to the hot shoe, I would say the extension cable provides less than 80% of the functions, for example:1. The flash fails to show/detect the correct aperture. Hence the photo is either over or under exposed.2. The flash fails to refresh as quickly as in direct connection when you are shooting in multi-frame mode.I am yet to find another extension cable that can work with Sony A7/A9 bodies properly. My other cable by Meke has very similar issues. By the way, I have no issue with extension cables for Nikon body with Godox V1-N.
