I bought this replace a pan I had bought and hated as it was too heavy. This is exactly want I wanted and Ireally like how it bakes.

These pans came highly recommended from a food blogger I follow. She was right! The height and depth is perfect for sandwich bread that needs to rise. They also work for banana bread or other dense breads. They cook consistently, clean up easily and look great. They are also not heavy, but feel sturdy. I use flour and oil to help with the bread stickiness, making it very easy to release the bread.

Nordic pans have never disappointed me. I needed a new pan for my sweet breads and this one fits the bill. Bring on the banana bread!

This loaf pan is heavy duty. I purchased it to bake my sourdough bread. The pan is so heavy duty that l find it impossible to bake my sourdough. The sides and bottom will not brown or get completely done.

This is my second Nordic natural loaf pan. They ate the best! Love their rimmed baking sheets as well. Clean easily and bake well.
