I use these daily and they are very sturdy, the code locks are a little fiddly at times but for the cost, I can put up with that.

There's are zero instructions with this lock but the full description on the listing gives a clue. Neither of my locks would unlock on the default code 000 as described but you have to undo the screw at the end of the cam and take all the bits off which allows it to unlock on 000. You have to take all these bits off anyway to fit through your drilled hole. There's a little round viewing hole on the side and once you've unlocked it you can turn it until you see another little hole through the viewing hole and this is what you press with the provided key (or a thin nail) to change the code. Keep it pressed in while you choose your preferred numbers then depress and it should be set..... For the money it's a great lock!

Really poor start. Was going to return as no instructions and could not work out how to change code from 000. BUT, I gave it one last go and got it working. Set numbers to 000 and make sure the lock turns freely when holding the thread. Then jam the end of a fork (no tool included in the bag!!) and then change the code to suit. Remove fork and then you are ready to go (hopefully). If you are not diy inclined, avoid. Probably the poorest product for ease of set up I have ever purchased.

I added one of these to my locker at barracks and gave the spare to a friend. No more keys required.

More complex than you might think! Instructions could be better. Good, solid feel to these. Reliable so far.

Products are fine but the adjuster keys were missing luckily I have one from a previous product

Not used them yet but seen lots of reviews saying there's no instructions and they are right, there are no instruction included.However, read the description and it tells you how to change the code.You have to set it to 000 first then make sure its in the unlock position before inserting the 'key' or other pointy thing in the hole and setting the code to your own number.To change the position, hold the threaded part and twist the handle so the lock 'blade' lines up with the flats on the threaded part. Then you can change the code.

Our current door locks broke do we ordered these. They work well and made.good quality
