No problem
Wanted to replace the android app provided by Fidelity. No instructions, but not needed. One call to Fidelity to change the code (on back of card). Tested while on phone with the rep. Worked perfectly. Well satisfied with card.

Do not buy this card!
There is no way to use this card for personal use. A company has to have a VIP manager subscription, and your company issues the credentials. Then you can register the card.

Works with fidelity
I like this because I don't have to have an app on my phone, so I can still log in if I lose or break my phone. It is credit card sized, so it fits nicely in my wallet.

Excellent product
It's an excellent product. I use it with my schwab account. It's the highest level security which is possible to get on the market.

Works as expected when it works, but shipping old stock?
I bought four of these at different times over 2022 and 2023 to secure my ETrade account. Two of the cards are working fine today in mid 2024. One card that I carried in my wallet worked for a few months and then would no longer power on. When I pulled out the fourth card, it was lifeless while still new in the package. It seems like some of the cards I received were old stock with already depleted batteries.Symantec tokens can be generated using the Python "python-vipaccess" library. I have switched to those using my default authenticator application, and just treat these cards as a failsafe now.

No Pin For Card
Is there no way to set a pin to unlock the card?

Works great. My old card's battery is low. This card replaced it. Works with PayPal just fine.
The battery on my 5-year-old card is low. This card replaced it. Worked on PayPal first time.

Credential ID not accepted
The credential ID starts with FT11. This ID is not accepted by the Symantec VIP test site nor is it accepted by E-Trade. This makes the card worthless to me.Update: I had E-Trade send me a hardware token. It was the TOTP keychain version and the credential ID starts with FT20. This ID was accepted by the Symantec VIP test site and by E-Trade.
