Portable and easy to use Salt Meter (Conductivity)
I've been a user of Atago's handheld refractometers to measure Brix for a long time. This was the first time I needed a salt meter for an application. This device is very simple to use. It zeros with no liquid and takes measurements quickly with a press of a button. The salt meter is also small - like the description implies, it will fit in your pocket. One thing to note - this is a conductivity meter. Anything that increases conductivity (salts, acids) will increase the reading. Anything that is non conductive (sugar) will decrease the reading. Keep that in mind on when and what you will be testing. Overall, very happy with this device and just all Atago devices we've used in the past.
