I have many complaints but I will only talk about a couple. The mixture texture, after missing, is absolutely vile. It's thicker than pudding. If u are wanting to use this mix in a ice cream maker, don't bother. It's to thick. It almost broke my brand new machine. 2nd complaint is the taste. My husband took a taste and almost threw up. It taste like straight protein powder. No vanilla flavor just like powder. Don't waste ur money. It's not worth it. I don't know how it works following the packet instructions (freezing method), but the flavor ruins it. To me it a horrible way to do it.

I didn't even give it one star as it was really really bad. There was no sweetness or flavor of any kind except when I got one of the blueberries I put in this ice cream mix. it was like thick phlegm, ewee , gooey, slimy. Sorry, but I will not be buying the other two flavors I planned on. I had to give it 1 star after all or I couldn't post it, darn it.

Creamy and tasty. Easy to use

After mixing a quart, it has no flavor. I suppose you could add fruit to it. It has the consistency of snot. When I washed the utensils from mixing this stuff, it would not melt in 125°F sink water. That makes me wonder what it will do to my body. Needless to say, this is the last time I will buy.

Did not taste very good, but it IS low carb. Hard to figure out what amount of milk (or water) is supposed to be added to what amount of powder. Not going to finish this bag.

I made it with whole milk which was an option. The finished product has the consistency of rubber. It literally sticks to the spoon and won't fall off....nothing like ice cream. The taste wasn't good either.
