Good phone cup holder. Good adjustments.

This is a great phone holder for the car. Very easy to install and sturdy. Unfortunately, the way the cup holders are located in my car makes for an awkward, uncomfortable placement for the holder. This phone holder is on the taller side and can’t adjusted down much further, I had problems trying to change gears around it.Good product, but I plan on exchanging for a shorter, more adjustable model.

I rate TOPGO with a 5 for excellence in customer service. I bought the TOPGO Cup Holder Phone Mount, JC1, and my first observation was that the packaging was first class; and right on the box was a Guarantee with an email address. The website was just above it. The product pamphlet and an additional customer service card were included and I thought this was well executed. WHY? Well, just shy of a year after very heavy usage, I stripped the tightening mechanism of the product and I reached out to the company by chat, then email follow up. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. They acknowledged my product failure situation and were quick to apologize. In fact, the CEO herself was apparently answering weekend chats so I was impressed by that. I then followed up by email with extensive feedback for which they again acknowledged, appreciated, and informed accordingly. Within days, a new replacement arrived. Overall, this company based out of China but serviced through some company out of California is on point with their product and customer service. I recommend the product and indeed the customer service.

Have been looking for a long time for a holder that works for me, finally found one that’s solid and not just cheap plastic. The cup holder phone holder is great, flexible to fit in just about any vehicle from car to truck. Fits great in my F150 cup holder, very solid and holds its form well.

I bought this holder in 2021, and it lasted right about 2 years. The plastic around the bolt that connected the main shaft to the holder base sheared off and caused the holder to come apart.Even with that happening, for a holder that is 99% plastic, I feel that it lasted long enough for me to recommend it. It handled well while driving and was easy to use.7/26/23 - I bought a 2nd version, with the blue pads, and it works great.
