It's very very easy to break
It's very very easy to break. They stick together so you need to tear them apart and they all crack into small pieces. The leaves are not very big. I don't know if the amount is enough because I use four leaves according to the recipe, which I've used before and 4 leaves are enough to make the mousse set, but this time it didn't.

Devenu un spécialiste de la Panna Cotta depuis quelques semaines (beaucoup de gourmand(e)s dans mon entourage, j'ai dû investir dans des paquets gélatine. Cet ensemble est composé de 5 paquets incluant 9 feuilles de gélatines dans chaque paquet (cela fait 45 feuilles au total) Un seul paquet de cette même marque dans le commerce coûte environ 1.25-1.30 € Le prix d'achat sur Amazon permet de faire une économie de 1.50 € Le produit est de qualité et permet de faire de bon dessert.
