Great foundation. I have oily skin, but I don't have any problems with this makeup and I don't use powder either. This foundation is oil free. It lasts all day. It gives very good coverage. I've tried Revlon Colorstay. It lasts all day, too, but it's a heavier feeling formula. It doesn't blend into the skin as easily as this one. This foundation lives up to it's "super blendable" name. Since it blends so well, it gives a very natural and smooth look to my skin...not masklike. When wearing, I've gotten comments; "your skin is beautiful", instead of your make up looks nice. The cute, little, glass bottle reminds of of an old fashioned milk jug. A little goes a long way. As the manufacturer stated; use four dots of foundation...forehead, cheek, cheek, and chin. Covering the open bottle with the finger tip and giving a tilt of the wrist, leaves the perfect size dot on the finger tip. I use a makeup brush to blend. Using most days, a bottle lasts me almost 3 months. Another thing I really like about this foundation, it doesn't transfer easily and it doesn't drip off my face with normal sweat in hot weather,(or hot flash). It leaves no foundation ring around the collar. The foundation I'd worn for years was discontinued. It's not so easy finding a new one. I'm glad I stumbled across this Loreal True Match. I like it better than the old. UPDATE; I'm still fond of this makeup, but I have to tell you, I have found even better. To my surprise, it's Maybelline "Super Stay 24hr" Yeah! It's wonderful; perfect color and glides over your skin like satin and blends right in, extremely well. It must be formulated with an included primer. Very natural looking with great coverage. It formulated to not sweat off. Well, I put some on and worked out, until I was dripping in sweat. As soon as I was done, I ran to the mirror. This foundation didn't budge. Absolutely, no dripping or streaks. I'm sold. I'm a Massage Therapist. My treating room is warmer than normal, to accommodate my client's lack of clothing. When I do deep or vigorous work, in no time, I'm sweating like a pig, but I like to use makeup. I definitely look better with it. This Maybelline "Super Stay 24hr" has everything I want; good coverage, natural looking, perfect color, great formula, great feel on my skin, and sweat proof, too! It comes in a tall cylinder bottle, with a white and silver cap. Try it, if you find a color you like for your skintone. I'm almost exactly the color of a brown paper bag. The Caramel works perfectly for me. It's a little more expensive...about 13.

Best foundation ever!

If you match your skin color, which can be a little tricky, you look very natural and it covers some of your blemishes. It also has SPF to help protect your skin from the sun. Not strong enough for beach wear of course but great for normal daily protection.

This product has amazing consistency and it blends very well into the skin. There are so many shades so it shouldn't be a problem for you to find the right color. The coverage is lightweight and feels silky smooth on the skin. However - if you have oily skin, I don't recommend this product. It actually makes me very sad to say this because I don't want to downplay how great this foundation is for the price you pay. But I have oily skin and within an hour of applying this foundation, my skin was super shiny and I had to use a blotting sheet to get rid of it. I find that more expensive products do much better for controlling my oil/shine than L'Oreal. So I gave 4 stars to this foundation because of the bang you get for your buck and how nicely it sits on the skin; only for people without oily skin though!!

I am paler than most and so I often struggle with finding a foundation that is actually my shade and not just 'the lightest shade this brand carries'. I have tried both luxury and drugstore brands for this: Fenty, Urban Decay, Covergirl, NYX, and so on. This foundation is the first I've found that not only is actually pale enough for my skin, but also has a shade that MATCHES MY UNDERTONES! A lot of paler foundations will have an ivory shade that just has really intense red or yellow undertones- this line features a foundation that is ivory-pale but also accounts for my cool undertones (my face is very blush pink in the light, but I don't burn easily- I bought shade C0.5 Fair Ivory) Upon looking deeper into the brand I realized that they also have very nice deep shades, so for my more melanated sisters...there's hope! Let's talk about skin, though. I have very sensitive, oily skin. A lot of makeup makes me break out, or absorb too hard into the skin and end up looking very cakey and dry, or even sometimes just straight up smear on the skin instead of creating a nice blurred/airbrushed look. I have very textured skin because of large pores, and sometimes my skin does not take foundation well even if I use a primer first to cover up the pores around my cheeks and nose. With this foundation, there was none of that. I washed my face and moisturized as usual, allowed about twenty to thirty minutes for my skin to absorb any product and dry, and applied the foundation right away with a damp beauty sponge- nothing crazy, nothing out of the ordinary. When I tell you that my skin looked FLAWLESS, I really mean it. I almost cried. And on top of that, it works very well with blush and setting powders if you really want a glowing look, so there's no worry about different products wiping the foundation off or making it look washed out. This product was up to the task in every way. I was able to wear it for the entire duration of my nine-hour shift and the worst thing to happen was that the creases under my eyes started looking a little rough (but really, when don't they look rough?). I highly recommend this to anyone who wants low-maintenance makeup that you can just slap on and GO. I also highly recommend this to anyone who isn't very experienced with makeup, and anyone who wants a good, reliable product without a crazy price.

I'm 53 yrs old. Blonde hair green eyes. Neutral undertones. Normal skin .textured skin. I'm light. / Med. I purchased N2 Wich was too light. I then purchased N4 Wich was too dark. I mixed them and have the perfect color. I think either brush ,fingers,or sponge work very well. It's very light,creamy,moisturizing... It covers very well. Does not sit into fine lines... Does not oxidise The pictures I provided is 2 layers of foundation .. My skin still feels like I'm not wearing foundation. This will cake up on you if you don't blend very well. It will just sit on your skin ... I don't know how this is for oily skin. But for mature textured skin ...this is wonderful. My face feels very hydrated. This leaves a satin/ slight dewy finish Wich I really love. (But...you need a setting spray or powder . This will not stay all day by itself!!! ) At least not for me.. I need a setting spray... I'm too old for the matte and I personally don't like the outcome on ME!! Everyone is different.. I have searched for the right foundation for years and besides max factor this is wonderful. So many shades in so many undertones. One for everyone.. I'm giving 5 stars. This shipped fast. Was packaged securely so it didn't break. . I'm very happy. I've tried every possible foundation on the market from incredibly high-end designer products to drugstore items to custom color palettes. I tend to heavily tan in the summer (with the exception of my face) and gradually turn lighter in the winter. I am also Asian american so my base color tends to be yellow which, between my natural color coupled with my graduating color tendencies, is not always an easy match. Lots of consumers love the MAC foundations for Asian skin color matches but, though close, that hasn't worked for me, either. I'm also not a fan of the heavy consistencies even though I am looking for more than a sheer coverage or what I might find in a tinted moisturizer or BB cream. I have combination skin so I can't testify to this product for people with really dry or oily skin. Though I'm not a makeup artist, I do wear makeup almost everyday and my custom color palettes tend to work best, since i'm able to blend my own color as well as texture, to match my body tone, whatever that may be. Then, came the loreal true match in N4 (buff beige). I wasn't expecting much but boy, was i wrong. It was the right color plus the right consistency. Better than a bb cream but not as heavy as many other foundations so the coverage from day to night required minimal work. No need for a touch-up mid-day. This is my second bottle and though I've now gone from summer to fall, I'm still satisfied with it's performance overall. Though i don't typically wear a powder, I was so happy with this product that I decided to place an order for one just for any touch ups i might need after 8 plus hours of wear. My order came through amazon timely and securely packaged. I would highly recommend this product to anyone, particulary with medium yellow tones.

I think I like it. I'm going to come back and give a better rating as I come to use the product more. Today is the first day using it (6/5/2016). What I noticed about the product when going on my face was it behaves and feels like a thin, light weight moisturizer, which I love by the way. Feels like my own skin, I've been wearing it for about 6 hours now and it's still holding on strong. My natural oils to come through but not in a bad way, looks natural. If you're curious, I'm in the shade N2 Classic Ivory, with dark brown, almost black hair. I may need to go to N1 after this to see how it looks. The problem with me is, the skin on my face is at least 1 to 2 shades darker than my neck and that is due to acne scaring, uneven texture and coloring as well as sun damage (I have oily skin, and issues with cystic acne). I've tried to wear foundations that match my neck but I look like a pale ghost. I can always tell when a foundation isn't going to work out for me, my skin starts to tingle and almost like a bubbling feeling... I know it sounds gross. I get breakouts within just a few hours of having a foundation on. The true match is working out well so far and I will try to remember to come back and let you know how it's still working. ◘ Pros as of now: Light to medium coverage, a true liquid foundation for every day No weird smell Free of talc and other harsh, pore clogging chemicals Shade range is insane! I think there is like 33 shades to pick from for all different skin tones. ◘ Cons: There is no pump Other than that, nothing to complain about here!
