Great rope for cardio workouts
I've been trying to add some more advanced moves to my jump rope workouts and while my ball-bearing wire speed rope works great for rapid double unders, it wasn't working so well for other moves like cross-over double unders, side-swing variations, etc. After some research I decided to try a cheap £3 vinyl rope. This rope actually felt decent enough, but not too surprisingly the handle itself broke at the "seam" (not sure if that's the right term for plastic, but I could see it was welded together at the spot it broke at) after just 3 workouts.As a replacement for that I went with the Rush Athletics Speed Rope and so far have not been disappointed. I'm several workouts in now and the weight of the rope feels great, simple and sturdy handles (one full piece with no welded seam like the cheap rope), and no signs of concern so far in terms of its durability, even with tripping up on the rope plenty as I've attempted new moves.Some reviewers have mentioned durability as an issue, and I'll update my review if I experience the same, but so far so good!

excellent rope
I've used various ropes of the years and look at a change after my buddy lee rope snapped due to high use.Really like the simple design of this rope, easy to adjust with the clips in the handle.Great for general skipping and freestyle, speed work. Really helps is learning double under'sDoubled up with the heavy weight rope for endurance work as wellReasonable price for a good rope, definitely give it a go if after a new rope or jut getting started

Ideal
Bought this for hubby to go with the Rush ropes I got him. It's a lot bigger than it looks on the videos which is great.

So far so good
So far the product seems well made and up to the task. I use it most days in my training and I have not had any issues with it yet. I would recommend this product.

Quite a light rope.
I'm a beginner at jumping rope and this was the first rope I've ever bought. The build quality of the rope is excellent but I find it too light which kept messing up my timing.
