Mine lasted longer on battery than stated, with two small caveats
Although the TV came with all sorts of connectors and plugs that I have no idea where they go or how to use them and a very confusing instruction manual - they really are on lower than basic level with me as I know absolutely nothing and even the most 'simple' things need to be explained, especially the simple things as the more 'complicated' are often easier to understand - I eventually worked out after quite some time of not wanting to risk damaging the unit, that all I needed to do was ignore the instruction manual and follow the post-it note on the front of the screen. Literally all I needed was to plug the aerial in to where that indicated (keep it simple and don't call it technical things like an 'antenna') and to plug the television in to charge it up (the obvious 3-point plug requiring no explanation). All the other connectors and various pieces of equipment turned out to be things that I don't need to use. Once I was plugged in for some charge and switched the TV on, it was then straightforward using the buttons down the right-hand side. The TV scanned and loaded the various channels fairly quickly and then revealed I need nothing more than the small aerial as I live very close to the TV transmitter anyway. Even if I have been able to change channels only by one number at a time and not worked out whether there is a menu or how to use it. Which is not too much an issue for myself as I mostly watch only one channel anyway. I am very pleased as although it is said the battery lasts around 4 hours, I found that in fact at least the one TV I have got and on its first *full* charge, it actually lasted exactly 5 hours before it lost power and switched off. So there is an extra hour to what I was led to expect, although the caveats are that this remaining solely on one channel throughout and not changing channels and for the last twenty minutes or so had the flashing battery indicator in the top right of the screen (so, if you don't mind watching with that for the final few minutes, it may be five hours according to my first use from full charge - which is actually shown when the slowly-flashing red light on the TV when plugged into the mains and is charging changes to a steady red light rather than a green light showing charged (there is no green light, it is red). The light goes off when the TV is disconnected from the mains and obviously then not charging but seems to last five hours of TV (at least on this first go from a full battery).

TV is brilliant but the aerial does not work
Really impressed with TV picture and sound. Supplied aerial did not pick up any stations. Tried TV with caravan aerial and auto tune picked up channels immediately . About 100 channels of TV and radio. I have asked for support on the aerial and once sorted will be easy five star rating. The aerial product may be cause of some of the one star ratings Initial setup is easy.and TV is good vfm. Reached out to supplier re faulty aerial and basically got fobbed off. Will see if Amazon do anything 🥱

It works well straight out of the box and is very easy to set up.
Generally the unit works very well. Picture is good but sometimes I think it is not as sharp as it could be, but for the price is very good.

Does what I ought it for
I bought this for a specific reason. I have to attend hospital regularly for a 3 hour procedure and wanted a TV to watch as I "lay there". The 1st one I bought from the same manufacturer (7 inch model) was hopeless, the battery just lasted 30 minutes and it obviously wasn;t designed for the UK market (now returned) This one is great, battery lasts over 3 hours. Good clear picture, excellent remote control (and unlike the one I returned channels are in a logical order)

aspire tv
Good tv with battery handy if we get power cuts in the winter good picture and sound is pretty good the only think I do not like is the power switch on the side of the tv as the power lead gets In the way when you try to turn it on or off otherwise very happy.
