I wish this book had been available when I was a young girl, preteen, and teenager. It was just that helpful. If you are looking for a gift for that young lady in your life, this is a gift that will help you feel better about herself and guide her in developing the mindset that will give her confidence.

A great read for all! It was a gift for a 13 year-old. I did read through both the book and journal and found that there are very useful ideas for the adolescent years.
