I use these to handle tools while performing ski lift maintenance and they work well. Not only do they prevent the dropping of tools but also saved me many trips up-and-down a ladder or, worse yet, all the way to the ground from on the work chair on the line. Most of my tools are near the maximum weight but i have yet to experience any issues. The only problem so far is with the thin buckles. I accidentally kneeled on one and cracked it pretty easily so I am careful of repeating this.

the plastic clips on these broke within a day. I was using these on my tool belt to build scaffolding. Cheap junk like this will get someone hurt or killed. I have to rely on the product not to fail in its purpose. The plastic clips are so cheap I am embarrassed I bought this. Needless to say they hit he trash can the first day they where used.

Gave these as a gift t a roofter, and got a call asking what in the world they are. Basic instructions or a paper with a picture as to how to safely use them would go a very long way to making this better.

Use these for work. They're inexpensive and the extra lanyard connectors allow you to tether to several tools and attach to your person as needed.

Ordered with a little trepidation due to a distinct lack of reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The lanyards are well sewn and a decent length. The material is a nice bright orange. The carabineer is a good size to handle but lacks a locking nut, something easily swapped out if a locking carabineer is important to you. The plastic clips seem more than adequate for their rated purpose. The tool attachment is a good length although it does vary as my photo shows. There is a small plastic tube included to help avoid abrasion of the cord where it attaches to the tool.I'd hesitate to recommend these for anything other than DIY/Light Commercial use because of the lack of certification adherence. That said, I'd happily use them to secure hand tools and smaller power tools such as an impact driver. For the cost (£15.99) for 2 lanyards and 6 tool attachments they represent great value IMHO.

These were purchased for our work crews as a trial, the caribineer is too light weight to restrain any heavy tools like drills or mallets.

Love all the different clips
