Best bottles and nipples on the market!!!!
Perfect nipples for this bottle. Super fantastic price. Arrived very quickly. I have been using this brand and these nipples for the past 8 years with 3 of my babies. I would never use anything else. I have used the Playtex colapseable bottles before as well. And they don't compare at all. 3 out of 4 of my babies had reflux and these bottles helped sooooo much!!!!! Also, the shape and size of these nipples are just what worked for my difficult feeders. 3 of my babies were preemies and these are fantastic. I would never use anything else. Great product and I recommend them to all my family and friends.

Decent nipples
We like the fact that Dr. brown nipples are not that expensive to replace. Also they do not wear out that quickly and retain their soft shape. Our lil guy was on level 1 for the longest time then went through level 2 & 3 fairly quickly then ended up at level 4 by the time he was 15mo. Y cut we bought but hardly used; maybe more useful if you make your baby's bottle thicker with rice cereal or alike. We never really followed the recommended age range on the nipple. We assess the need to go up a level based on the readiness signs of our child.

Great product
Amazon seems to be the most reliable place to find Dr. Brown's products. Even though I find some products locally, such as bottles, I can't find things like the nipples, drying rack, dishwasher basket, etc. Here on Amazon, I have no difficulties finding these products at all. This is great, because the Dr. Brown's products are great. My son has no problems with these nipples and bottles. My wife sees other children at my son's day care who have gas problems, and she recommends the Dr. Brown's products constantly. We are very pleased with these products.

The "Turbo Nozzles" -- LOL
These are a great next step for babies once they hit 3-4 months old. The regular nipples are good for newborns but are so slooooow for our daughter to drink out of now. That's ok in the evening when she's calm and falling asleep but the rest of the day she is so active and happy she gets distracted and stops drinking when her bottle has a regular nipple. The Turbo Nozzles (as we call them, lol) let her drink faster and get more in her belly so she's actually getting full before she's distracted!

Must for bigger kids
We had Dr Brown's bottles with the stock nipples. They were good for 6-8 months old baby. But as our little one started growing, it was increasing frustrating for her as well as us because she just won't get the required flow from the regular nipples. So we bought these level 3 nipples and they seem to be working very well. We also ordered the level 4, but haven't used them yet. Our kid will soon celebrate her first birthday and I am not sure if she would ever need the level 4 nipples, if she gives up the bottle in time.

Get 2's and 3's when you get the bottles.
Not paying attention to what we were doing our son was 6 months old and still using size 1 nipples. He was only drinking 2 ounces a feeding and slowed in growth. Our doctor had made some suggestions to get him to consume more. None were more important then to "check the nipples" We purchased some 2's and his intake increased. Now it's been a month and we've transitioned to 2's and 3's. He's now drinking 4-6 oz per feeding. We did find that we needed to transition because when we jumped from 1's to 3's he gagged a little. We bought the 4's already so we can start those as we transition off the 2's Makes a huge difference. We're a bit behind in growth for his age, but he's back on a good curve. Just being able to intake more food before his tummy thought it was full. He's sleeping longer through the nights too.

Dr. Brown's is great
Our son used these when he was an infant. They worked well and we never had problems with them. Dr. Brown's are good quality. The bottles are a bit hard to clean, but these nipples on their own are just what you would expect. I wish that the numbers that indicate the stage along the rim would be easier to read. After going through a number of stages there are times when you use two stages interchangeably (2-3 for example). When we started favoring the next stage the numbers were a bit hard to read. Color-coding would be awesome.
