My dad owns a small business and has run his shop on his own for nearly 40 years, he has a back office that he spends most of his time, however he needed something that would let him know when a customer walks in the main shop. Hence the need for this product.Set up was incredibly easy. The ring sound is loud enough to make him aware even when he is in the middle shop, and that’s saying something since he is partially deaf!It’s been an absolute life saver for him so it seems to be well worth the money for him!

I bought this item to use as a driveway detection sensor. I have had the unit installed for over a week now and so far, I have been delighted with it.I installed the unit at about shoulder height. The unit is very easy to install and more importantly very easy to unscrew from the wall mounting for changing of batteries etc.There are so many ring chimes to choose from and all noise levels are available (from just a flashing mode to a loud ring that we can hear from anywhere in the house).We have had no false activations at all.The price of this unit is very good compared to other sensors. I am very happy with this unit and will be buying additional sensors the outside shed and plant room.

We bought this comprehensive doorbell system with 2x door-mounted bell-pushes and 4x plug-in ringers for a large single-storey barn conversion with 300m2 of habitable area, so we could always hear the doorbell wherever we might be in different parts of the house.Despite the apparent complexity, set-up is easy from the compact transport packaging. The bell-pushes attach to the door frames by 2-sided stickers with very strong adhesive, so ensure you line them up correctly because they’re tough to peel-off and reposition. Small screws with matching raw plugs are included as alternative fixings. The units are powered by small batteries.Four identical mains-operated ringer units are supplied for different parts of the house, but you don’t have to use them all. They sit quite wide in the power sockets so if you are sighting one in a twin socket, you may be restricted in what you can plug in to the other half of the socket because of the width of the ringer.A wide range of tunes is available beyond the default bing-bong chime. You scroll through these tunes on any ringer unit until you find one you like, and that remains the chosen tune until you pull a ringer out of its power socket or switch the power off, when immediately the system defaults back to the basic bing-bong. You can also program each bell-push with a different tune, so for example you can tell whether your visitor is at the front door or the back.A volume control ensures you can crank-up the volume of the ringers to the desired level.The system has a good range, and thus far has been 100% reliable. One really good feature is that even if you don’t propose to deploy the two different bell-pushes with different ring-tones for two different outside doors, you still have the four separate ringer units for different parts of the house so you’ll always hear the doorbell wherever you are.

I am very happy with these doorbells. They work brilliantly and have been no problem to use in our large 4 story house. The set up is relatively simple enough and having gone through all 52 chimes, there definitely is a chime for everyone’s taste. As I got the model with 4 bells, I have not had to use the bells at their loudest setting so would say they are sufficiently loud; I haven’t missed any Amazon delivery drivers yet so that’s always a bonus. The receivers basically just plug into the mains but because of their width you may find you’re not able to use the other socket on a double gang if you are wanting to use another wide plug for a different appliance, though I’ve not had this issue yet. The actual bells can be fitted using 3m sticky pads, though if you live in an area with plenty of scrotes then you may want to screw them in instead.In the box I got the following: 2 transmitters, 4 receivers, 1 screwdriver, 2 sticky pads, 1 user manual, 2 screws and plus, and 2 batteries.Hope this helps.
