Q: How long does the spindle stud extend past mounting plate?

3 inches if I remember correctly

Q: Is this stainless ?? I would like to weld it on the axle but axle is regular steel

I am pretty sure it’s not stainless. The mounting plate has some rust on it and is rather dark color. An easy way to test is to use a magnet. If it does NOT sticks to it, then it’s stainless.

Q: What is the wheel stud spacing for the rim? Dimensions?

The 5 lugs on this Tie Down hub/spindle end would be 2 3/4" apart from each other measured center to center hole. This would be a 4 1/2" bolt circle. The overall dimensions are 6.75" long by 6.5" wide by 9.25" high.
