Wonderful gift for a crafty granddaughter
This is amazing! It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she loved it. She assembled it much more quickly that I thought she would, but like a good book you can’t put down, she wouldn’t stop. Her dad caught her up at 2:30 in the morning working on it.

Works fine, excellent quality of the wood and the laser cut pieces
12 year assembled it after Christmas. Took about 4-5 hours. Works fine. It is very nicely made and has a great quality.

Maybe try a different design.
This took several hours and lots of frustration for a 15 year old ..ended up with broken pieces and a clock that doesn't wind. Engineering father stepped in to see what was up and several hours later still no working clock. It is very hard.

These sets are so neat! Our son loves to build intricate things and this is such a great product. He has built the train and the marble run already.

Fragile. Good luck getting it together.
Has anyone actually assembled this successfully? Great concept, but too fragile. One piece broke toward the end of assembly and now the whole thing is basically trash. Wish this would have worked out, our daughter was really excited about it.
