Great Quality. Great Service.
This is a fantastic product to work with. Good quality with wine making. Usually (since we live in Minnesota) we will stop by Midwest for our own supplies. However, we were unable to do so but happy to say the package was delivered safe and sound. I want to give a big shout out to the wonderful customer service that actually took the time to check up on the package to make sure we received it in good order. Definitely would buy this again!

Does the job.
meg*pur*** substitute seems to do the job. Of course, a full liter is more than I will use in a lifetime. But I keep it in the freezer, where it actually doesn't freeze, but is like very thick syrup. Considering all the other stuff that is put into wine these days, I don't understand the fuss over this concentrate. A drop or two per bottle of some wines seems to do the job.

not too bad
Making wine from concentrate is definitely not the same as from fresh fruit

Nice vigorous primary fermentation.
For a one gallon batch of wine, this is perfect.

Just what I needed for finishing making my wine
Used it for my last ingredient for wine making

Good brix level, was able to ferment
Using a conical fermenter, I diluted this to 3 gallons and added some red star yeast. It's fermenting now for about two weeks - a nice and inexpensive way to make some homemade wine
