6 Inch Santoku Knife Crimson Series (Out of Retail Box Special)

I searched everywhere for a true 6 inch Santoku knife. A 5 inch is usually too short and a 7 inch too long (Did I actually write that?) This knife is the perfect size, ergonomically well designed and of superior quality. I purchased it listed as a "second" but I could find no defects whatsoever. The knife came with a perfect edge and it seems to be holding its edge very well. I wouldn't hesitate to pay full price if the "seconds" were unavailable. It is now our favorite knife. I highly recommend it.

I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Professional quality at a discount being I purchased as 'factory second' but I see no flaws what so ever. Feels solid in the hand and is perfectly balanced. The only complaint is the bolster is a liitle short for my hands causing my knuckles to hit when using the heel to mince.

Factory second? Fine! This is a gorgeous knife. My only guess upon inspection was a slight imperfection in the finish of the metal close to the handle. If that's enough to take $100 off the price, sign me up! Comfortable to use, you can feel the quality in your hand.

Great Knife! Cuts great, blade stays sharp for a good period of time. Easy to handle, good for cutting large quanities of product.

Great bladed it needs to be 7in not six its like having a big paring knife I do not have much use for it.

Very good knife, considering Chinese origin.
