When in doubt, I'd have Nature's Way Sambucas around as well. After decades of nutrition research and experience there is none better than this product for avoiding viruses whether before exposure, on first scratchy throat(will be gone next morning), or once caught (unlikely if you take this), I and others including entire family have recovered immediately. Have found this is not effective against 2ndary bacterial infections, just viral infections which is the most frequent. Anitbiotics are necessary when this fails.

I love this product. I have used it for every member of my family for several years. It's the best way to strike a cold or any congestion down within a day or two. Some people like the flavor, some don't. I think it's a minty taste but it works. It works for kids and adults. I've never seen anything natural that is this effective. It's pricey, but not as much as getting sick is.

I don’t know if it’s the alcohol in this, but it’s potent. And whenever I feel something coming on, I take it and my sinuses and throat go WOAH. It’s like it scares the illness away haha! It burns, but I kinda like that. The ingredients are good and it’s a locally sourced product. I’ve bought this multiple times and used it when I got COVID and had a fever. All in all very happy and will keep this as a staple in my cabinet for winter time.
