Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 16 oz

Who doesn’t have a jar of Lawry’s seasoned Salt in your spice rack? Not me. I have used this for years in many different meals. The taste is distinctive, and the smell is wonderful. It is a terrific value for the money, and it works well and consistently every time. Sprinkle it on or stir it in. Always delicious! The salt content is 17%, so know this when using. I use it on lots of chicken receipts, French fries, and so many other preparations. So easy to use. I just tore the security seal off and the smell is wonderful. And the lid sealed back on tightly. Can you smell it? Yummmm I am very pleased, as always, and highly recommend.

This is one of those seasonings you end up reaching for all the time. It adds a warm, familiar flavor that works on vegetables, potatoes, chicken, anything really. It even reminds me of when I was a kid, because this was always in the kitchen. The 16 ounce size lasts a long time. Just an easy pantry staple that never disappoints.

I usually don't use any salt at all EXCEPT on Watermelon and boiled eggs but....I wanted to make fried chicken and so since my Seasoned Salt I had in my pantry was expired and nasty and etc...(I hadn't used it for a minute) ha..., I used it for my fried chicken and it was very tasty .. sometimes my guests ask for it and now I have a new container of it in my pantry .. gotta love this brand too .. very inexpensive for the size of it. Expiration date is way ahead in time too...no damage to the container and quick shipping!

It is a good size for cooking. And it is inexpensive.

I stopped using Lawry's Seasoned Salt because it didn't have organic celery, but broke down and recently purchased it again. Other seasoning salts are good (though some have black pepper, which really changes the flavor), but they just weren't a substitute. I was concerned Lawry's might have changed the recipe, but nope! It seems to be the same tasty seasoning I remember.

Little goes a long way. Sprinkle cap needs work.

Come on! It's Lawry's!!! Who doesn't like Lawry's. I've worked many restaurants in my youth and Lawry's has been a standard on the shelf. Toss some on a burger before it hits the grill, rub some all over a chicken massaged in olive oil, dust pork ribs liberally with it right as they hit the grill, sauce afterwards and enjoy, because it's Lawrys! It's been around longer than I've been alive so that shows some good quality, versatility, and longevity because I bet it will still be around after I'm gone.

I’m in Australia, and Lawry’s is very hard to find here. This is far more than I need but such a good value I couldn’t pass it up. The price has since gone way up, but even now it’s still a great bargain compared to the only other place I know of where I can get it. I gave a couple bottles away to family members and still have far more than I can use. It would be a great deal for a small business, like a local restaurant.
