It's a little grainy for quality. Maybe it's just me. Idk
I want a refund. It's a good product and I recommend it but I'm upgrading my equipment and need the money. Highly recommend. It's 1080p and it runs at good frames. Nothing I found wrong with the product itself

You get what you pay for (and that's good)
I was expecting to have to spend some time to get anything out of this, but it worked right out of the box without any driver installation. Like the description states, it is recognized as a webcam and is supported by many common media players. So far I've tested it in Windows within the default Camera application, VLC media player and OBS. Within OBS, I have found that the only non-lag settings are at 800x600 res with 30 FPS. Of course this isn't tolerable if you're trying to record videos or stream. My main intention is to use this for a CV project on a Raspberry Pi and I will update this review with those results.Overall, if you know you're going to get a poor video quality (which I did), you won't be in for a shock. This is obviously not going to be on par with devices that cost 10 times more.Edit: Got it working on my Raspberry Pi 4 no problem. Set up a simple streaming server and everything works without a hitch. Very confident this will work no problem with OpenCV due to the fact that it emulates a webcam so easily.I read some reviews and some people can't seem to get this to work, but they must have a bricked computer because this works out of the box on my main desktop, laptop and raspberry pi.

Fairly good product.
I dont know why this has bad reviews. Worked right out of the box. Little bit of tinkering in OBS. But I just reduced the video quality and it works really good. Far as 4k goes it jittered a little. The resolution I run in obs is 1280x1024. Make sure you use the aux cord if you want no delayed audio. If you want to see videos quality. Search on Facebook: ford460ho live

Get what you paid for
Ok previous review is gone but ok. I want to prface this by saying I never expected to get 4 k hd out of this card for the price I paid. but the quality of video from my PS4 is VHS quality. It even downgraded the HDI signal to the TV. WTF??? the software that came with this was a trail version and wanted me to pay. I was finally able to get it to run in obs so at least I can record now. I certainly can not view it on my pc and play my PS4 etc... on my pc because there is no included software. the website is in Chinese only. another WTF?? why would you sell globally and only have support in your native language but list in other languages. If your a starting streamer, You Tuber, etc cool it is ok for low rez video but if you can I would save up for a better card. This only gets a 2 star because I was finally able to get it running.

Quality at a Fair Price!
I purchased the HDMI to USB 3.0 Video Capture USB C Video Card to add another camera to streaming some workshops. It was less expensive, by far, than the first Video Capture device I purchased and has worked just as well as the more expensive one. I would purchase it again.

works, here is some info about the status LEDs that might help you troubleshoot this
It did not work straight out of the box. I tried multiple connections, cables, computers.I had to remove the little screws on the ends, slide it apart and then re-assemble it.After that, it worked as expected. The aluminum case gets hot in use.I did not see any info anywhere about status LEDs so I compiled this info based on my experience:Status LEDs:- There are 2 little holes in the case on either side of the audio jack with LEDs behind them.- The hole on the right side of the audio jack, closest to the the USB-C port, lights up RED when you are successfully connected to a computer. If this doesn't light up, the device is not working!- When the device is powered on via connection to USB AND you connect an HDMI device and power it on, there is a blue LED INSIDE the case near the HDMI ports that comes on. It is hard to see, but if you look carefully into the gaps in the case, you should be able to see it. - The hole on the left side of the audio jack, FLASHES LED when your have an app open that uses the device.Suggested usage sequence:- plug into computer. (see RED LED)- plug HDMI source into HDMI in port.- power on HDMI source device (see faint blue glow inside case)- start webcam/broadcast/video capture app on computer that uses this device. (see flashing BLUE LED)

hdmi to usb 3.0 review
works perfectly, why buy one of those really costly ones, runs kinda hot after maybe 3 to 4 hours of straight use, but even that never affected anything. i most def recommend this product.
