I love my water dental flosser, been using it for a couple of weeks now and I'm sold. Not going back to my old routine my mouth has never felt cleaner. It is easy to use but I do have the problem that sometimes it stops working mid way through my routine. I have to turn the dial all the way off and turn it back on but it usually comes back on. There isnt enough slots for the attachments. You get 9 attachments but only 7 slots and you can leave one on the hose but I dont find that to be sanitary. I haven't used the other attachments other than the tongue scraper because honestly the instructions sont really make a clear distinction with which attachment is which. Because a couple dont look like the drawing. That's always the draw back of illustrated instructions vs. Picture of the actually equipment. It's not a con but it's annoying and could be confusing and even alienating to some consumers who struggle with following these types of directions. It says it's good for a family of four, but it's probably good for 2 prople max unless you buy more attachments. Which is fine for me because only me and boyfriend use it. Be careful this little thing is way more powerful than you think. I turned it up on my first use and it hurt I bled a little, but that's user error not a product fault. I actually like that it goes that high just be careful dont try to challenge the water flosser. It is definitely worth the price. I have an impacted wisdom tooth and it helps clean around and floss it so much easier. I've noticed less to no bleeding and tooth pain since using this. And I dont feel like stuff is still stuck in my teeth after. I would buy again in heart beat.

I've had 2 Water Pics that both leaked so I tried this one. Much better construction than WP, no leaking!! It also included all tips ( not like WP where additional purchase required) which is great!! The handheld also has on-off switch which is wonderful. My only concern is the power which almost stops when dial on low. Instead of steady stream, this has pulsation only. But all in all, I would choose this model over WP. Update*** 070420. The little machine died tonight. Plugged her in, turned on and nothing. Used 6 times before untimely passing.

The unit is smaller than expected, however, the reservoir holds more than enough water in order to thoroughly clean your teeth.The silver dial which adjusts the force which the water is propelled through the wand turns the unit on. It will not run until you toggle the button on the wand to On.It's easily adjustable and easy to use, very powerful. The highest setting is quite strong and will give your teeth and gums a beating. If your teeth are sensitive I recommend you start at level 2 and adjust up or down as necessary.The lid to the reservoir stores all the tips neatly. They fit well without being too tight or too loose and stay in place when you lift the lid to pour the water in.I'm currently using the orthodontic tip. It works extremely well with tight fitting teeth. If your teeth are close together without much of a space in between this is the perfect tip for you.The suction cup base holds to everything. the cord length where the unit plugs into the wall socket is a little on the short side so you may want to acquire an extension cord if you don't have a wall socket close to the sink.Overall great value for my money I hope it lasts for many years to come.

I did a lot of research on water piks/irrigators and this by far is the best for the value. I have had it now for about 6 weeks, using it every day and I have not had one issue with it. I had a filling come out and because of COVID-19 have not been able to get to the dentist to have the filling replaced. It is of utmost importance that I keep things from getting trapped in the open filling. I can use different pressure settings on that and the rest of my teeth and am relieved when I see the cleared out food particles from my filling in the sink. I have been using this and adding antibacterial mouthwash in and it has been doing a fantastic job. I just make sure to run water through afterwords to make sure it is cleaned out. Very happy with my purchase.

I looked at the more expensive well known brand. The Ellesye included 4 water tips with additional accessories for 1/2 the $$. Works good as expected and appears well made. I like the rubber suction cups that keep the unit from moving around on the counter top. Hopefully it’ll hold up in the long run. Two issues but minor. I couldn’t find a customer service phone number or email for the company in case I needed to order parts or had questions. Doesn’t have numbers with off indicator on control dial. There’s no way to determine what setting is individually best for each family member so it becomes intuitive overtime. It would be helpful to have “OFF” printed on the face of the unit with a mark on the dial. It’s easy to leave turned on by accident. Please provide contact email! Thanks

I absolutely love this product. I suffer from advance gingivitis and this product really helps me maintain a clean healthy gum line. Due to the state of my gingivitis I suffer from receding gums and traditional flossing just can not get below the gum line where the bacteria tends to form. The water pressure is amazing! It definitely gets below the gum line for an all over deep cleaning. It’s not to hard or harsh to cause bleeding and swelling from traditional flossing that I’ve suffered from in the past. To top it all off my kids really enjoy it and it is easy to use. My six year old can easily operate the device with ease and wants to use the water flosser all the time.
