Delicious and versatile
Not too spicy which suits me. You can always add some. Quality and very tightly packaged in the attractive tin. Can use in many dishes. Value for money especially if you subscribe.

Surprisingly good
I bought this as an experiment to use with microwaveable pilau rice when time is short. I had no expectations, since many tinned curries are not particularly pleasant. However, I was very pleasant surprised. The taste is delicious. The way I used this product was to microwave some carrot and green beans in water, sautee some spinach, white cabbage, peppers and onions (both done simultaneously took about 5 minutes) then add all to the contents of the tin. I did also add some chopped Scotch bonnet chilli to get it to my preferred level of heat. I had just over half with half a pack of microwaveable pilau rice plus some bread to soak up the excess yummy juice. Two days later, I microwaved a small-medium potato and added it while rewarming the mix, and had it with the remaining half pack of pilau rice. Both times I added a good dollop of mango chutney and lime pickle to the side of the plate. Two days of a most healthy dinner for a minimal price.

It’s actually quite nice
So got this as a quick ready meal for when I couldn’t be bothered to cook. A little salty but throw some veg and rice and you’ve got an easy meal. Under £2 also isn’t bad for a tin of anything. Tastes quite nice considering it is tinned. Have repurchased.

Meh -
Bland, but I guess you could spice it up. Wouldn't buy again, not good value for money.

If it is damaged with no fault to you, you will not get a refund.
The media could not be loaded. The tin turned up damaged and air has got into the tin as you can see from the video. Waste of money as unable to eat.

Really tasty 😊 but too expensive 🤨
I grew up on brown lentils, i love brown lentils! These are really very tasty (very mild curry taste), and the consistency is spot on. However, they are far too expensive, brown lentils are very cheap to buy, so £2 a Biona tin is extreme. If they were cheaper, id buy a lot more but atm they are a treat.
