Now whenever I get thigh cramps, which are often excruciating, I pour a tube into an 8-oz bottle, shake vigorously, drink -- and the cramp resolves MUCH faster than it would otherwise. I’ve been drinking 2–3 of these a day and honestly love them. The watermelon flavor is really good. Yes, it’s a little sweet, but not in that gross stevia/monk fruit/artificial sweetener way. I usually can’t stand that aftertaste, and this one doesn’t have it at all. Huge win there. It dissolves fast in cold water (no clumps or chalky texture), and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in how hydrated I feel throughout the day. I’ve tried a ton of electrolyte powders and this is the one I keep reordering. Taste: Sweet but not fake. No weird aftertaste. Ingredients: No stevia or monk fruit—thank you. These taste and smell delicious! I have a sensitive stomach and cannot tolerate the fake sugars and sugar alcohol, so I appreciate that this has real sugar and does not make me bloated. Finally. Something without stevia or monk fruit. I appreciate the ingredients. Good electrolyte drink. Will definitely continue to purchase. The fruit punch and grape are good as well. One thing to note is that each packet is for 8oz water, not 16oz like a lot of the other brands.

I have been using Drip Drop for years and it's the only electrolyte drink I've found that actually tastes good and is cost effective. I work outside in the heat and run daily which means I sweat a lot so Drip Drop has been so effective in keeping me hydrated and functioning properly. The packaging says to use it in 8 oz of water but I use 16 oz and the taste is still great. It can leave a sugary/sweet aftertaste though which I don't mind but others might.

Great flavor! I have to take because my body doesn’t absorb sodium well, so I add to my daily water.

Really helps my dehydration!
