Also great for woodworking
I'm a woodworker with degrading eyesight. It's difficult to get close enough to the point where the cutter meets the wood to see if settings are correct. With these binocular Magnifiers I get 3.5x magnification at around 16 inches away. They also don't blind you from your surroundings as other vision aids usually do. I always wanted to try this form of magnification, but cost was always prohibitive for an unknown result. Then I found these for less then $50; worth a try. They work beautifully. A longer focal length would be even better, but for the price I couldn't be happier.
