Great for cooking
Great for cooking. Perfect size, and breaks down a little if you pinch it and rub between your fingers as you sprinkle over your cooking. A little goes a long way, a box of this size lasts 6 months at least.

Always use it for cooking where you don’t need as much as regular salt. It’s a large box so it lasts quite a while.

Ordered it to make pork crackling it did not work but was very nice

Very coarse for Kosher salt, closer to standard coarse sea salt - will go back to diamond crystal next time.

I was looking for the purest salt, which salt touted as 'kosher' usually is. However, when the box arrived I had to discover that it contains an anti-caking agent (see image). This would not be problematic had they included that information in the product images or product description, but apparently they intentionally left out that information. If you don't mind the anti-caking agent this is probably a good product, but don't order if do. I will be returning the article.
