It arrived perfect and it works excellently I didn't have many expectations in it but when it arrived it's just what I needed

The device is pretty nice. Didn't come in the original box but the device itself had no damage or scratches, almost like new. The only problem is the charger (generic and certified) after 6 days it started making a noise. It does not happen all the time but I might have to get a new one. Also, the battery life was at 90%. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend the seller and the products

Good phone

I bought this phone for nearly $700 and it was listed as "new", however it came in an after market box, with an after market charger that didn't even work. However, the real concerning problem is the minor issues I've had with the phone itself since getting it. Apps constantly crash, or completely won't even open (example shown in attachment, and unfortunately they will only let me post one video per review I have tons of examples of everything happening). The screen constantly glitches, sometimes with even a purple-ish pixelated color. Today the phone completely spazzed out and logged me out of every thing, including my Apple ID and deleted all of my messages, and will now not let me receive or make FaceTime calls. I've contacted Apple Suport and they just suggested I do a software update, but the phone will not let me download the update and neither space nor wifi is the issue. I also contacted the seller, but after reading the reviews and people saying the seller never got back with them I felt I should write a review as well, and I'm usually one to never do this. If you're thinking about buying a phone or anything else from this seller, I highly recommend that you DON'T. I was naive and assumed the issues would just eventually resolve itself, I also didn't want to admit I may've wasted nearly $700 on a dud, but they are gradually getting worse and worse, and I'll probably just have to suck it up and get a new phone or hope that GeekSquad or something can help resolve the issue.

I ordered my iPhone 11 Pro Friday afternoon and it was delivered Saturday morning, without paying extra for shipping. I have only had the phone for a day, but it works pretty good so far. There’s a few scuffs on the side, but that’s to be expected with a refurbished phone. The battery health is at 89%.

It came in great condition no scratchy or anything however the battery capacity percentage is at 70% so not the greatest but it’s very nice

REALLY GREAT PHONE! Absolutely nothing wrong, and I’ve had it for about a month now. The battery will last me all day and half of the next day, the camera is beyond incredible (all cat photos were taken with the phone), awesome gaming ability, huge storage capacity, nicely organized system, easy to understand, and a bunch of cute little features! HOWEVER, the screen is the thinnest glass I’ve ever seen, and I already cracked it. But if you aren’t a clumsy buffoon like me, it’ll be fine!

Me llego con 96 de batería, muy buen celular

Llegó en el día indicado. Físicamente. El teléfono llegó muy bien empacado, venía con un cargador y cable genérico pero con certificado de calidad, y estéticamente al 100%, también traía su mica de cristal. Funcionalidad. Hasta ahora toda va excelente, la batería con 100% de desempeño y para el uso que yo le doy me dura dos días completos, literas dos días con sus dos noches, así que si lo recomiendo. Gracias!

Estéticamente esta bn, tiene ligeros puntos y rayones en los marcos, asi como los marcos de las camaras, pantalla perfecta. Ósea estéticamente esta bien. Bateria al 85, sin nada de piezas cambiadas (prefiero eso que le hayan puesto piezas “genericas” y este re acondicionado). Y para finalizar la bocina se escuchan un poco tronada, tienes que poner sonidos fuertes y altos para que te des cuenta no es tan marcado pero si se llega a medio notar, en un uso normal no se noga. En conclusión no me quejo porque en su momento lo compre en oferta, asi que es aceptable dentro de lo que cabe. Pd: un mes de uso

Al igual que muchos, tenia duda al hacer la compra de un producto que no es completamente nuevo, el leer comentarios de estafas o malos productos te deja mucho que desear; decidí hacerlo para probar la experiencia de Amazon con productos reacondicionados y me sorprendió la respuesta. El producto llego mucho antes de lo esperado, el paquete contiene todo acorde a las especificaciones del vendedor tal cual como aparece en la descripción, con estética de 9 casi como nuevo ( diminutos rasguños de uso en los bordes ) pero estamos consientes que no es un producto nuevo, la condición de la batería es del 90% bastante decente para un producto que no es nuevo. En general todo le funciona a la perfección hasta el momento; antes de que termine la garantía de Amazon regresare a reportar como continua el funcionamiento del equipo después de tiempo. Buena relacion precio beneficio.

Cuando llegó la batería mostraba 100% de rendimiento a la semana de uso se apagó teniendo un 30% restante de batería y cuando lo conecté y encendió muestra que la batería es una pieza desconocida y no carga y por consiguiente se apaga al poco tiempo de haberlo conectado a la corriente eléctrica. Probé con otros cables y el resultado fue el mismo. Voy a devolver el producto ya que llegó defectuoso de la batería
