I bought these because my home workouts were not varied enough. I found myself doing the same exercises over and over again. I had hoped that gyms would be safe enough to return to but the last few weeks, I could see that wouldn't be the case for a while. My spouse and I decided to add to our weights and turn the garage into a home gym. I saw these when looking for other weights and dumbbells and thought - why not?They arrived on Monday and that was coincidentally the day of our first workout in our new and improved home gym. We used them three times in this first week and have found these to be an excellent resource. They are easy to understand and really help us keep our workout routines varied. We went from working out 30-35 minutes to over an hour all three days. We don't even watch the time as we were doing when before. All of them are great - I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again if I somehow lost them. You won't be sorry.

I put them up on the wall where I exercise. They are the perfect size and have great pictures. The pictures show how to do the exercise and let you know what muscles are targeted.

I like the sturdiness of the charts. They arrived faster than I expected. Worth the money.

These posters are awesome and a bargain too! I’ve hung them in my home gym and use them to keep my workouts creative and my form spot on.
