Unique features
This is a commercial quality power strip being sold for a surprisingly reasonable price. It is ideal in situations where you don’t need a surge protector or are already using an existing surge protector, keeping in mind that one surge protector should never be plugged into another one. I got it for a long section of my kitchen counter between two existing wall outlets that were never enough for all of the small appliance that are typical in kitchens these days. I was fortunate that I have a pass through window with a ledge which was an ideal place to mount the strip upside down so the cords can be plugged in without interfering with anything on the counter and to keep cord clutter at a minimum. The box is 100% metal, with only the outlets themselves being plastic, of course. The long cord is very heavy duty and has a standard grounded plug at the end. The outlets themselves are well spaced and oriented so that most power transformers can be plugged in with their cables inline with the strip rather than hanging to the side. The mounting clips appear to be a heavy nylon material that would typically be attached using one flat head fastener for each clip, which are included. I was concerned that the clips weren’t metal like other similar power strips I own but those sometimes bend and loosen whereas these seem to have a tight grip that may in fact actually be more secure than metal. At one end there is a non-illuminated power switch which is also a circuit breaker. Not only will that give similar protection to kitchen type small appliances but it is resettable – remember that surge protectors generally can take a one time trip and then the entire thing should be replaced. Of all of the similar products I have seen and own this is by far the most slender, allowing it to fit in spaces where other outlet strips may not.

Perfect for my butcher block work bench - it adds the finishing touch
I bought one and when I got it I immediately bought a second one. I installed them on the back of my two side by side Gladiator Work benches. All my battery charges and power tools are easily plugged in. My drills are no longer dead when I try to use them. And no messy extension cords running all over the place They have given me plenty of power outlets at my fingertips. An added benefit is that they match my Gladiator Cabinet - it gives the illusion that I am organized ;-) Good quality and easy to mount. It was a great find.

Best option out there for many situations
This is a highly useful and well-made product. It was one of the few GFCI power strips we could find and it is unusually slender for a GFCI option. We installed ours at the start of a run of undercabinet power strips that is completed with the complementary non-GFCI versions from Legrand/Wiremold downstream (as is recommended). These really are about the most concealed option you can find for undercabinet power strips, at least as a DIYer. The instructions could be better. In particular, it was hard to understand how to add an end cap, and when it was needed. By studying the sparse instructions and watching videos on YouTube, we were able to figure it out. Also, I recommend highly that you look into end to end wire clips to connect the lead wires, seeking the smallest ones you can find in order to get your wires into the strip – this is especially helpful for the non-GCFI versions. Wire nuts do not fit easily but small wire clips do. We are DIYers and easily installed these, though we did have an electrician install the hard wiring in the appropriate spots of our walls to make the run under our cabinets. Now that I got the hang of installing these, I would not hesitate to use them many times again. And any good electrician you work with will be able to figure it out.

Tricky to install but look and work great
We recently replaced our backsplash in our kitchen and wanted to remove the plug outlets in the wall. We had seen several videos on using these plug strips underneath the cabinets and decided to give these a try. We bought both the gfci and non-gfci for different areas in our kitchen. They were a little tricky to install and my husband had to get creative to get all the wires inside the plug mold. I liked that you can cut them to the size that you need. Having the plug strip under the cabinet, definitely makes the backsplash look cleaner and more sleek. My only complaint is that it’s not easy to plug Something in or remove the plug but it’s not that difficult either. I feel like I have to use extra strength to push the plug in or pull it out. There weren’t too many options for these hardwired power strips, but these seem to be the best option.

nice power strip for workshop
Well built power strip. Made putting a series of outlets along the back of my workbench much easier than my original plan to use conduit and boxes. I installed two of them. The first is plugged into a 20 amp GFCI protected outlet at the end of my workbench and the second is plugged into the first. Together they provide a lot of convenient outlets along the back of my 10' long workbench. The plastic mounting clips are solid and a tight fit, and at first I was concerned they might break as I was forcing the strip into them, but they work and hold the strip tightly.
