I ordered for myself but decided to try on my elderly dog as well. I noticed my dog's medication for heart issues was no longer effective. I decided to try a combination of dandelion root & moringa powder. My dog who is 14 now has more energy and his horrible night cough has been reduced tremendously. He has shown a big improvement in a short amount of taking it (in 1 week). I decided to try it for myself as well. I do not take the full dosage, I only sprinkle a bit in my oatmeal or yogurt every morning & I noticed I have more energy and also sleep better at night. I recommended it to family as well.

Interesting taste
I haven't been able to eat a full scoop yet. Still trying to get over the fact that it smells and tastes like horse food. I will keep trying to mix it with different food and beverages.

It really is helping
I've done a bunch of research on sleep issues and cortisol seems to be one of the problems. I read that moringa can help dial down the cortisol and still give you energy for the day. I'm sleeping much better since taking the moringa! I take it in the morning and sleep good at night. Very happy with this purchase. I recommend giving it a try.
