My old KitchenAid shears needed to be replaced. And because they had been such a good quality product for such a long time I trusted these would be the same quality. I've had mine for many years and the handle material began shredding off. The new shears are just as nice of a quality and they are sharp as expected. Storage isn't an issue because I use my shears daily and wash them a lot in the dishwasher, which is probably why they finally needed to be replaced. They arrive sealed in a hard plastic cover and come with a blade guard that I have never used until now. I did keep my older shears and use the cover on them in case I needed them for emergencies.

The grip is comfortable. It’s sharp enough that it can easily cut meat, and is also easy to clean and I love it’s color

These are great all around scissors that can be used for other uses than in the kitchen. Great price, sturdy, easy to clean, and versatile.
