if my dad can use it, so can you
my dad was having a continued issue with his vehicle even after a replaced battery, there was a technical issue within the system that was causing his battery to continue to drain. car dealership recommended this one, as it is the one they use and keep on hand. luckily he has only had to use I once but if he can do it, so can you! easy, safe, reliable. highly recommend as a back up!

Packs a punch
Charger/ jump pack has come in handy on several occasions and does a great job starting any vehicle. Included in the starting capability was a heavy duty diesel engine. With regular maintenance charges, the pack has remained a constant, reliable product.

Really like this!
I've used this several times and love it! No more finding an air pump for low tires!!!

Still going strong after 8+ years
I bought one of these after a tow truck driver used one to give my car a jump. Since then it has helped me and various family members and others without a hitch, and I have my wife carry one in her own trunk. I see that there are now a lot of cute, tiny looking competing products that seem too good to be true. When reading the details they list only "Peak Amps", but not "Cranking Amps" or "Cold Cranking Amps". Well listen friend,1) Know the difference between Peak Amps and Cranking Amps (CA). You need CA to get keep the starter motor moving long enough to start the engine.2) Some of the new ones are lithium batteries, which don't do so well in cold weather, which is probably when you need a jump start the most. These are lead batteries which function well in freezing temps. Yes lead is not my first choice Eco-wise, but this is still going after 8 years.
