Works for physical therapy
I have used these for a while and works great. Top quality...strength is clearly labeled (without showing the stat but still clear). This is great for beginners...especially if you want to continue or start the physical therapy at home.

Pretty good for the money. Wish they were a little stronger for more resistance... Starting with the black one gives you no where to progress, but it(the black one) does a good job.

I love these and using them have made exercise possible anywhere
Easy to pack or use at home, these bands do the job. I don't need to rely on weights to get a good workout..especially when getting back into it from nonactivity and injuries. Bands are easier on the muscles and replicate them so you get a smooth, strong workout with the different colors depending on strength of the band.

Awesome product! High Value.
I was getting some pain in my shoulder and needed some help stretching it properly. These bands were perfect for that. They are low cost, durable, and come with a small bag to store them when not in use. I think it's kind of weird that red is the medium band instead of the heavy band, but that doesn't affect their performance at all. Feels great to stretch with these. Recommended.

Not for The "Average" Sized Woman
I purchased these bands hoping to do some PT at home after a muscle strain. The bands did not provide much resistance because they were too long. I am 5'2". I didn't think height made a difference but it definitely does.
