This is a terrific screen that is bright and has good viewing angles. Touch works great too. Seems to be every bit as good as the original and compares very well to the original on my Wife's iPhone 7. Absolutely everything you need is included, tools, and a good fitting adhesive strip. Tools are nice quality and I will be keeping them for other use. 3 tips - use the iFixit guide for repair. It is the best on the net. Secondly, with a phone of this age I would absolutely be sure to replace the battery at the same time. I have another review for the nice battery I bought from Amazon. Lastly, it can be hard to get a cracked screen off with the included suction cup. My was really shattered so I used a strip of Gorilla tape and the cup pulled it right up (after heating for about a minute with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive). This is a tremendous value that is worth the effort! The end result is a like new phone for little money - if you are patient and careful. Highly recommend.

When you're ordering a new glass screen for your iPhone (or any internal parts), nine times outa ten you're not doing it because you want to, it’s because your phone is not working and its causing you problems and stress. The last thing you want is problems with your parts order, delivery, or install. This isn't my first repair by a long shot, but it is one of the best experiences I've had in the process. You can see the attention to detail in the item description, and here is my review of the process: Delivery- I paid the $2.99 to get it same day, and it arrived as promised, keeping me updated along the way. Receipt- I opened the package and started setting up for the installation; Professionally packaged (expected right?), screen in a hard plastic case, tools, a card (that actually laid the sealant down properly!) and even a screen protector. All nicely packaged not crammed in. Installation- Smooth and reliable. Everything ligned up, connectors clicked together nicely, transferring the few parts needed was seamless, sealant applied as described, and the screen lit right up when I turned it on. Tight seam with the back panel- no gaps. Brilliant screen (as expected), and it looks, works, and feels like a new phone. It should be no surprise that everything went as advertised and like this did for me, but, as I’m sure you’ve experienced, it doesn’t always go perfect. QTlier made sure my screen did and they have my confidence. I apprecioate it and highly recommend this replacement screen.

I am not a professional but I do a lot of screen replacements for friends and family - probably close to 100 over the past 10 years. I have preferred vendors (after getting poor quality displays from some vendors) and I normally prefer to buy complete screens so I don’t have to bother swapping speakers and cameras. But today I didn’t have time and needed a screen quick. I bought this one at 10:50am, it was delivered at 2:27pm, and I had it installed and ready to go by 3:15. Install is standard, no complaints about alignment or material quality. The screen clarity and brightness seem good as well. Touch screen alignment seems good. Overall no complaints and same day shipping made this perfect. Since I replace screens and batteries regularly, I have good tools. But since some of the reviews I saw mentioned poor quality tools I decided to use the ones that were included. The screwdrivers were all great, and that’s the most important part. The suction cup had been packed too long and was misshapen, so I used a different one. The plastic opening tool was fine. Overall they did what I needed them to do just fine.

The tools: the tools to get the screen off aren't sufficient. The guitar pick is not thin enough to get in between the screen and the frame and the plastic pry tool breaks very easily. I had to scour through my sewing kit to find something both thin and strong enough to pry it up. The screen: generally, the large ribbon cables that connect to the screen will be held in place to the inside of the screen by a sticker. The ribbon cables were taped back, but they were taped completely crooked and off to the side. If you've replaced screens before, you know that this cable absolutely cannot be bent past 90 degrees or your screen is almost guaranteed to not work or glitch. Seeing this very important piece so sloppily taped in was a huge red flag, but I proceeded to install is anyways. No surprise- the screen was glitching severely. Vertical lines ran through it and the colors flashed and buzzed across the screen. The home button and camera both worked perfectly, but those were also the only pieces that came from my original phone. There's no instructions provided, which doesn't really matter because following along with a YouTube video is the easiest way to do it. A labelled magnetic pad for the screws would have gone a long way though. I returned this screen and got a new one, which has no glitching. Even though this one was glitchy, the screen was responsive and seemed to work well otherwise. I believe it would have been a good screen if the ribbon cables weren't bent out of place, ruining the display.

The bottom right corner of the screen seems to have a bit of discolouration. Also during installation, the home button plug and the socket (part of the screen assembly) wouldn’t line up perfectly, the bracket where the selfie camera plugs into was also missing

After 1 month of use the home button is not working anymore and the screen started to be very bad a the low edge.

Es ließ sich problemlos einbauen. Die Abmessungen passten alle sehr gut. Das eingebaute Display sitzt nicht so nahtlos wie das Original. Bei mir hat der Home Button einen spürbaren Rand. Die Farben und Kontraste sowie die Helligkeit sind dem Original deutlich unterlegen. Für den Preis ist das Display recht ordentlich. Leider founder man mittlerweile nur schwer originale Ersatzteile, deshalb begnüge ich mich mit diesem Ersatz.
