I went to a professional at the mall. You need to know if you have red, or yellow undertone. I have a red undertone, so I got NW44 foundation. Prior I used NC50, which is for yellow undertones till a professional did my make up.

Yes it was. I contacted Amazon and they told me I will receive a refund soon.
