Pulse Weighted Jump Rope Set With Adjustable Weighted Rope 1/2 LB, Speed Rope 1/4 LB and Aluminum Handles.

I am new to jumping rope, before using this rope I tried using the regular Amazon basics jump rope and would constantly trip over it, or when I started to get into a rhythm the rope would feel like it was floating on me. I honestly thought I just wasn’t coordinated enough to get the hang of it. On the advice of a friend I decided to try a weighted rope and I’m glad I did. I’ve been using this rope for several weeks and with the 1/2 lbs rope I immediately could maintain a rhythm and not trip over the rope. Now I have been able to actually work on my form and get some benefits out of jumping rope.

Handles are sturdy and comfortable. It comes with two ropes which I thought had braided steel in the center like another weighted jump rope I've seen but these don't, so they were easy to cut to my size. The end pieces for the green rope are a bit tough to separate, but no biggie, you just need to do it one time to size your ropes and you're good to go. I guess it's made that way so the rope doesn't come flying out as you're jumping. The ropes spin very freely, makes you wanna keep going. Very happy with my purchase.

Just received these and really like them. My only criticism is that I don’t see where I can get a second pair of handles so that we’re not constantly switching them out. Definitely 5 stars if that can get ‘handled’. (Wink!)

Let me start out by saying, I'm 6'3 and I dread jump ropes. Until now! Regular jump ropes were just too light, making it difficult for me to feel them turning around my body. Needless to say that led to the rope swinging wildly and getting tangled, slowing down my pace and making it impossible to get into any type of rhythm.A friend of mine suggested I try a weighted jump rope. Was looking for something to add to my workout routine to mix it up. My friend suggested using a weighted jump rope to help with my cardio workout and build stamina since I hate the treadmill. The quality of the ropes were cheap and honestly there’s better brands on here. Too difficult to interchange

Very high quality jump rope set that isn’t the most expensive and is worth the money. I’ve been trying regular jump ropes but have only ended up frustrated due to their flumsiness. This rope is great, and the weight is a perfect addition with a nice smooth rope rotation.

These ropes are well made and I have had no real issue with them. I would suggest getting a cheap mat to jump on if you plan to jump outside on concrete/pavement as the ropes could potentially start to wear a bit. I made the investment in a mat and it has made a positive difference so I expect the ropes will last a long time. Overall, the ropes are well made. It would be nice if weights were available for the handles like their Crossfit version, but for a beginner like me these are fine and work very well. I had an initial challenge with shipping but the customer service @ Pulse from E. has been outstanding!!!

Los materiales se sienten muy buenos, me gustaron y son muy utiles para el ejercicio. En general estoy contento solo me gustaria que hubiera una opcion de poder comprar otro par de handles ya que al ejercitarte en intercambiar e pierde mucho tiempo al estarla cambiando.

Hace más de un mes que hice el pedido y no ha llegado y no se si llegara..... decepcionante
