Not good
These are terrible! I was trying to find authentic corn, cancha Serrana like they have in Peru. These were hard and tasteless.

Delicious, smooth corn
This corn is smooth, makes an excellent Tostado corn or Cancha (in Perú) With a lot of crushed onion and garlic, and some pieces of pork, once time is cooked, makes a delicious snack. I love it, also my brother, sister in law , everybody in the family. This corn comes very clean. Good product.

Belmont vs "Inca's Feeod" brands
Compared to "Inca's Food" brand, these kernels are more plump. The pericardium (pointy end) on these is darker as well, suggesting a completely different type of corn. Roasted up, these have a more neutral flavor. They are somewhat chalky compared to the Inca's brand - Not normally a desirable taste, but worth a try in my opinion if only to compare to the two brands.

Just like in Peru
Went to Peru and loved eating me some maiz cancha. They're super easy to make - just like popcorn, they just don't turn white and fluffy. These were good.
