Old school, but works for my 90 year old mother-in-law
My 89 year old mother-in-law has failing eyesight, and needs some strong augmented lighting. She has been using one of these for several years. Unfortunately the condition is worsening, so I ordered a second one. Turned out to be just the ticket. She can set them up opposite each other and twist and turn them to put light on her target, and she is happy. The bulbs aren't cheap, but do last a while. These seem old school, with these special bulbs, but they work better than any other lighting she has tried, and the bulbs do seem to be long-lived. Good product.

Nice desk lamp
This lamp is just enough light for my computer desk, it serves my keyboard, computer, printer and is easy to turn on with a push of the button.

Up close work!
After 15 years my other lamps bulb quit working. And guess what? They did not make that bulb anymore!Got this one and it is working great! Great size, nice brightness. And was surprised it was a great value too!

Artists should really invest
Great light for artists, with the ability to configure it to your needs. I have bad astigmatism so I still need am extra one but the average person with good eyesight should get along well with tj kid light alone!
