Awesome product, very versatile!
Awesome product. Got it working on my Samsung Galaxy s10, but haven't figured out how to use it on my laptop yet. I do wish it would have come with some instructions for getting started, I'm very new to ham radio, and the Elmer's in my club aren't the most up to date with installing drivers for windows 10. Before I even started it, I installed the included heat sink, and I could see why it was included within the first minute of using it. On my galaxy s10, it drained about 1% per minute from the battery. It is an amazing piece of hardware and I will learn a lot from it.

Almost too small
lives up to the specs, nut the antenna is junk, the center pin broke trying to plug it in.

*UPDATED - Build quality is abysmal, does not work properly on Android, doesn't work at all on PC
**Update** -- After futzing around for a couple hours with two different PC apps that work fine with other generic RTL devices, I have come to the conclusion this device is either defective or junk. Neither application will recognize this device using their provided instructions; whereas my other dongle from RTL-SDR.com works just find on the first try with the same instructions.I do not recommend this product and I will be requesting a refund.Came in yesterday, fired up today. So, for technical details first: This SDR dongle does what it is supposed to do - EXCEPT for one thing. I've only used on my android phone, and fired it up and I could tune into local FM radio pretty easily. Now, the exception - When I manually tuned it to the low end of the reception range of this device @ 26-27MHz, it was actually tuning into the 88.5MHz FM range regardless of what is displayed in RF Analyzer app. I'll update once I've had a chance to get this connected to my PC and find out if this continues, if so, the item is likely defective and I will request RMA.BUILD QUALITY: Extremely poor!!! I doubt it'll last more than a couple weeks of intermittent use. The case is missing a screw entirely and it wasn't in the baggies all the pieces came in. The pieces that make up the case aren't even square or properly fitted. The USB connector on the end doesn't stick out far enough to fully insert into a receptacle (also it sticks out at an angle, not squarely). The worst part in my opinion is that the guts of the device actually move back and forth when plugging in the usb and also the antenna end.Compared to my RTL-SDR.com v.3 unit, this is garbage. But I will give it the benefit of the doubt until after I get it computer connected. I have a feeling this is a defective unit.

Yeah it's small
Another smaller than I thought it would be, this is it compared to an American $0.25 peice, or quarter. It does get real warm, but not to hot to touch, it does drain your phone battery ( z fold 3 ), I haven't tried the 2 way power cord yet that powers the nano. it came ready to go I just have to get it figured out. It did come with the antenna base slightly bent, nothing I couldn't fix tho.

Easy mobile setup
Worked well out of the package. Used it to monitor frequencies by mobile app on droid. Works well so far. I plan on doing some more testing, so more updates to come.

working great
Gave out after two times using my phone I barely used it very long so i opened it up and there's no issues so I don't get why it's not working now

Gets hot but no degradation.
One of the best performer's I ever used. All O/S used. Nice and simple but sensitive. Great on raspi 4. Thank you.

Not plug and play not even close
Spent frustrating hours, trying to get this to work downloaded drivers uninstall drivers restarted over and over and over and still can’t get functionality. I can’t even get the device to show up on screen I go round and round the driver installer but it never workedI tried on my new Lenovo flip five with Windows 11 , I’m still trying. I tried on my raspberry pi with raspbian , I’m still trying to have to download drivers uninstall drivers with commands in terminal If you don’t know programming, won’t be able to make it work.I am frustrated and defeated by this.I should be able to plug in the device download an app and start the radio but it’s way more complicated than that. Will return
