This Panasonic Nanoe hair dryer is exceptionally good. It is very well made, robust but light in weight. It looks stylish (black/rose gold). Handle folds against body of dryer, flex can be wound around middle of dryer, so it is compact for travel and storage. All functions operate as per the manufacture's description and directions for use. The heat settings are excellent, hot being quite hot compared to cheaper dryers. The cold function is cool to warm and not an icy blast. The scalp and facial functions are simple to use but only time will tell how effective they are, so will update review in a couple of months. The Flex is long and the dryer can be plugged into a low socket and used comfortably whilst standing up (I am 5'4" but still plenty of excess cable available). This is a very expensive hair dryer compared to an ordinary, nothing special dryer but as is usually the case in life "one gets what one pays for". If you are looking for a 'high end', attractive and pleasant experience product this is the one.Updating review after a ew weeks daily use on dry hair and on wet hair twice a week. This dryer is exceptional. I no longer need to use a serum and hair oil as the scalp mode followed by the alternating hot/cold function, on a daily basis, keeps my hair in perfect condition with intense shine. The use of products (other than a volumising spray or mousse), is too much for the hair, making it feel over conditioned. So, with no longer having to purchase serums and oils, this hairdryer will quickly pay for itself. To get a good volumised lift, drop had forward and use the hot/dry mode with fingers to ruffle - perfect. Cannot praise this hairdryer enough.

I have naturally very curly hair and always hate the frizziness that goes with it. After a recent visit to my hairdressers where she blow dried my hair with a Dyson I saw a massive difference and no frizziness but my budget would not stretch to a Dyson. After a lot of research I settled for the Panasonic and wow what a difference! No more frizziness and no need for straightening irons. My hair is super soft and looks amazing. Not as quiet or light as the Dyson but the results were even better. Finally it’s a joy to wash and blow dry my hair- thank you Panasonic!!!!

This hairdryer is simply amazing. I have tried the Dyson and the Tineco and both were hotter than the surface of the sun and too aggressive for me and damaged my fine, delicate hair. This is the first hairdryer Ive ever had that 1. didnt damage my hair and 2. actually made my hair look less damaged!Its has an excellent array of functions including cool shot, a skin function and a scalp function as well as the usual hot mode. I use the scalp function and its very gentle yet effective for my hair. My hair looks sleek, glossy and above all, healthy.I would say that if your hair is very coarse, thick, strong and wilful you might not find this powerful enough. If however, your hair is at all damaged, fine or sensitive to heat this is absolutely the right choice for you and you will not regret it.

I think it adds shine to my hair though I was expecting a bit more noticeable results.The native sides I’ve found are the position of the button to change the setting and the nozzle. The button is located a bit strange place, so if I want to change the setting (e.g. HOT to COLD) I can’t do it one hand. The nozzle is a bit small and cheap.It’s not too heavy and pretty powerful, overall I’m fairly happy with this dryer.

When I first turned this dryer on to test the controls, I thought that the temperature was way too hot and there’s not much heat control except hot, cold, hot/cold mix or scalp and I was almost ready to return it. It after using it a couple of times, I’m so happy that I bought it and chose to keep it. It’s absolutely fantastic. I have curly/wavy hair that tends to be frizzy but this dryer really seems to control the frizz and I’ve been able to dry my hair easily in a smooth wavy style with no styling lotions and potions. I’m so happy with it.

Am I the only person here who’s triggered the fire alarm using this dryer? Just want to talk about my experience so you can watch out.Before that I want to say this is a really good dryer, dries hair quickly and leaves my hair in a good place. I haven’t tried the scalp and face mode yet but I’ve heard good things.The first time I use it, I had it on the quick dry nozzle and put it on the strongest mode, one minute later my fire alarm in the room was set off, I realised I was standing right under the alarm, I moved away a bit and started at the middle gear, the alarm went off again.I had to move very far away, stick it on the lowest mode, then hot and cold for a while to dry my hair. The dryer still did its job amazingly but I really hope that it won’t trigger the alarm next time.

I am really pleased with my purchase. I bought this hairdryer at half price when it was on offer.It is lightweight and foldable. There are several functions for hair/scalp/ face with different temperature controls and these are very simple to use. With this hairdryer and my Kerastase shampoo I am able to achieve saloon results at home.

The settings on this hairdryer are amazing and the power is fantastic.Dried my hair so fast, I actually look like I've just come from the hairdressers. The hair looks so shiny and healthy. Don't usually write reviews but feel this deserved one !If you have bleached, damaged hair then this hairdryer is worth every penny!
