More than one way to use
I admit that I have not been consistent, so I can’t speak about that. However, I can say that this works great as a mouth piece for sleep apnea. I can tell you my O2 score went from 7 to 9. It fits well in smaller mouths and it’s not uncomfortable.

Perfect!
Love that there are no batteries to replace. My last kit was great but once the light dies it was pretty inconvenient to find and replace the battery. This will be better long term and I love that I can plug it into my phone and it is portable.

Convenient and Compact
This whitener is very convenient. It fits in a small container and you can use it with your phone. It has several types of jacks so you can even plug it into a USB.I am giving this 4 stars only because I have bony prominences from my lowers and it is a bit rigid. But if you have no issues like this you will be fine.

This device is great! The mouthpiece is light and comfortable. Powered by my battery pack, I can put the device in my mouth and battery pack in my pocket and get on to other things for the 20-40 minute treatments. The case is a nice feature, and it is convenient for traveling. Four connections for power is great (full size USB, USB B & C, and Apple lightning connector for iPhones).

Great product!
I've used three whitening lights over the years, and my dissatisfactions have always been the same. Removable mouthpieces removed two or three times no longer attach as firmly. Battery life is short, and button batteries are expensive—these days, almost the cost of the devices in the first place. The battery units are heavy so the devices are inconvenient to just bite on and forget them for a while. Nitpicky, I know, but this device is great. The mouthpiece is light and comfortable. Powered by my iPhone, I can put the device in my mouth and my phone in my pocket and get on to other things for the 20-40 minute treatments. The case is a nice feature, and it is convenient for traveling. Oh, and three connections for power, full size USB, USB C, and Apple lightning connector for older IPhones.

I had the SMILE whitening teeth brand and I had the light the light cord broke so I bought this one and it does NOTHING I leave it in 20 minutes a day with the SMILE gel and I see no difference also the other one I use was a stronger light because my gums would burn so I knew it was working. this does nothing not good at all. don’t like it. I’ve used it 3 times my teeth have not whitening once
