Great card
This is an excellent card if you run a fair amount to a lot of instant/sorcery spells. Extra damage even if the spell doesn't deal any on its own. Especially good in a multiplayer game, though it may make you an early target.

Damage, damage everywhere
I cannot recommend this card enough. Put 2-3 of these in a burn deck and make your burns all the deadlier. Put him in Red/Blue and make even your counterspells damaging. Red/Black to add a punch to your zombie summoning. Even in Red/White to make your life gain spells punishing. This is a versatile and deadly little goblin.
