Brilliant concept, great design, fun to assemble and use
First of all, the idea of a DIY microscope made from recycled and sustainable materials is brilliant. Secondly, this was so easy to put together and the instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The assembly went without any trouble given that an 8 year old was the one doing most of it.Finally, it's a pretty decent microscope and a lot of fun to see it in action. My only request would be to provide a petri dish to look at liquids / gelatinous matter or provide a second slide that can be clipped on to the first.Despite that 10 out of 10. A great gift idea and a fantastic way for children to explore their curiosity about the world around them!

Absolutely Lovely - A Young Beginner's Microscope
Beginner's MicroscopeI recently purchased the Beginner's Microscope for my 9-year-old niece, and it has been a wonderful addition to our household. This microscope is not just a toy; it is an educational tool that fosters curiosity and a love for science in children. One of the standout features of this microscope is the assembly process. It was easy to build for my niece with a bit of guidance, as the pieces fit together seamlessly. This hands-on building experience is fantastic for improving dexterity and problem-solving skills. As my niece worked on putting the microscope together, I could see her confidence and sense of accomplishment grow with each piece that fit into place.Once assembled, the microscope itself is impressive. It offers a fixed 100x magnification and comes with a stage to put specimens like a leaf. The 100x magnification is quite capable, allowing for viewing cells of some plant leaves in some instances. This microscope is excellent for building curiosity in young minds, which, in today's world, are often distracted by screens.Learning with this microscope goes beyond just understanding how it works. It instills a sense of wonder about the natural world and encourages children to ask questions and seek answers. In an age where screens dominate much of their time, this microscope provides a refreshing and educational alternative that promotes hands-on learning and critical thinking.Overall, the Beginner's Microscope is a valuable investment for growing kids. It not only introduces them to the fascinating world of science but also develops essential skills that will benefit them in all areas of life. This microscope fosters inquisitiveness in the smaller things around us and is perfect for any budding scientist.I highly recommend this product for any young, curious mind.
