Soothing, Effective Relief for Dry, Overworked Eyes
My optometrist recommended this product after noticing how unbelievably dry my eyes had gotten—something she picked up on right away during my eye exam (which was honestly a little embarrassing because it confirmed how much time I spend in front of screens!).I picked up the drops that same day, and they brought immediate relief. My eyes felt soothed almost instantly, and I started using them as part of my nightly routine before bed. It made a noticeable difference, and my eyes feel so much healthier and more comfortable now.If you’re struggling with dryness from too much screen time, these preservative-free drops are absolutely worth trying.

My new go to
These are great! The bottle is a very different, but once you get used to that difference, they're just like using any other eye drop. I find that I need to use these far less than the ones I had previously. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with severe dry eye. Be sure to follow the instructions exactly to avoid wasting the medication.

Same as the stuff from the pharmacy but for a good bit less.
Saved some money buying these on Amazon. All the security/safety seals were intact, as was the outer box. Fine lubricating quality and dry eye relief from the product. Be sure to check the brief and simple instructions before you start removing caps. Some have said it’s difficult to get the drops out. Indeed the instructions say it’ll take more than a gentle squeeze to dispense a drop, but I’m an old geezer and had no difficulty at all. I bought the preservative-free product and in retrospect I don’t know why, because unlike some people I don’t believe having a preservative in eye drops is a bad thing; in fact I think having a preservative present is a good idea unless you’ll be going through the bottle,in a week or so. If you’re not careful with hygiene (washing your hands right before use, not touching the dispenser tip to your eye or lid) having the version with preservative is a good idea.UPDATE: I dropped my rating after using the product. It still works well as a lubricant, but I agree with some of the "complaints" about getting the product out of the bottle. The viscosity (thickness) of this is a double-edged sword. It helps the product stick to the eye and lubricate. However, it takes a LOT of squeezing pressure to get a drop out, especially as the product is used up and replaced with air.

How well the medicine works
Very helpful for dry eyes! I noticed a big improvement within just five minutes. However, if you use your eyes heavily for long periods, I still recommend taking regular breaks for the best results.

Drops Take Too Long to Come Out
I purchased this product based on a recommendation by a friend who is an Ophthalmologist. I have extremely dry eyes that became exacerbated after surgery. I thought that if he recommended it, I can trust his opinion. While the drops do a very good job, dispensing the drops is a nightmare. It takes forever for them to come down and by then, I have usually lost my target site, and I end up getting it on my face instead. Considering that these drops are PF and therefore more expensive, I feel like I am throwing my money down the drain. Out of sheer frustration, I decided stop using them and am now looking for another brand that is more user friendly.

Drop application takes practice
After reading a LOT of reviews I decided to take a chance on these drops. I had received samples from the ophthalmologist but they were in the single use packaging. Since I liked how the drops made my eyes feel I decided to buy these.First off these preservative free drops, across brands, come in this weird little bottle that some find difficult to navigate. I came up with a solution that works very well for me.After I shake it I turn the bottle over and gently squeeze/pump the bottle til a drop appears. I then aim over my eye, continue pumping until one perfect drop drops into my eye. I then repeat for the other eye.
