These water filters works great and fitted my Zerowater pitcher perfectly with no leakage whatsoever. The taste is very good & refreshing, even better than some of the bottled waters that I usually purchase. The great refreshing taste is the main reason why I choose Zerowater filters over the other filters that I have already tried. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 solely because the delivery arrived significantly late. The late delivery was due to a 3rd party company contracted by Amazon to ship packages in Jamaica. I hope Amazon reviews the delivery procedures of this company as the lateness was avoidable, had the delivery service been managed better. Overall I still plan to continue using Zerowater filters because of the good quality (0 TDS) and great refreshing taste.

Arrived fast and are the original zero water replacement filters and work great

This filter works immediately in the cooler. Previously, the water had begun to taste off so I knew it was time to replace. As soon as I put in the filter and added water the result was fresh great tasting water. My grand-kids tell me that my water tastes the best.

I am the repeater for this product, but today when I open one of the filter, I realized that this was not working properly... somehow it leaks quite a lot of water through the connection. It means Filter is not working. I only change this item every month and came across this .. can you exchange the filter?
