Chicken Socks Highlight this Book Activity Book Spiral-bound – May 15, 2005

Took this on a car trip for my 4 yr old and he was busy with it for about 3 hrs. He also loves the flower shaped highlighter and continues to use it on its own. The highlighter seems to be lasting quite a bit as well-its been several weeks of use.Just remember to open it before you are out on the road or plane-it does not open without a pair of scissors;)

You absolutely can rest assured that anything with the Chicken Socks name is going to be a hit with the kids. Have bought many, many of their items as my grandkids were growing up and have never been disappointed with anything from them. You can tell they put a lot of thought in the items and that they truly do test them with actual children to make sure they do not disappoint.

This is my second purchase of this book. My older daughter used hers completely and continued to play with the highlighter months later on regular paper. My younger daughter is now enjoying the fun, colorchanges from the highlighters.

My son loves to play with these books on trips and at home. Unlike some of the other books, once this one is colored, it is done - but it still can provide a few hours of entertainment.

Want to occupy your 3-4 year old? Give him or her this book. The star shaped marker is perfect for chubby little hands, and has multiple colors, and the pictures are entertaining and easy for little ones to color. When was the last time the kids were allowed to color in a book? This is a GREAT gift or just a little past time, and once the book is done, the marker lives on to color again and again.

This product consists of one 5 sided highlighter and the book. The highlighter works well, but the book is basically a coloring book. My daughter used it some, but was not as thrilled as she usually is by the klutz books.

I buy these books for children's gifts all the time. Check to be sure that they're age appropriate and buy with no remorse. Overall these books will inspire crafty tendancies in the giftee and allow for countless hours of fun! They provide the basic materials to follow some set out crafts and ideas to pursue on the childs own if they wish.
